Born in Mobile, Alabama, during the Jim Crow era, Parker faced countless challenges and obstacles. But he never gave up on his dreams. Through hard work, determination, and the support of his family and mentors, he achieved great success in his career and personal life.

Growing up in the Jim Crow South

Parker’s childhood was marked by the racism and segregation of the Jim Crow South. He was forced to attend segregated schools and was denied access to many of the same opportunities as white children. But Parker’s parents instilled in him a strong sense of self-worth and a belief that he could achieve anything he set his mind to.

Pursuing his dreams

Despite the challenges he faced, Parker never gave up on his dreams. He excelled in school and went on to college, where he earned a doctorate in organizational psychology. After college, Parker worked as a professor and consultant. He helped to establish a Korean NGO at the United Nations, in New York. Dr. Parker also  organized  an International Brain Education Conferences in the U N And lectured in the United Nations.

Speaking at the United Nations

In 1998, Parker had the honor of speaking at the United Nations on the topic of the value of Brain Education practices for children and adults, for health, happiness and inner peace.  His speech was a powerful call for promoting the health and well-beings of te human race. Warrington also with his wife taught Brain Education to teachers, children and adults.
